Job Summary
Production Theory is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to contract with as a part of our experiential design and fabrication team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand and drive engagement. You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence through various digital channels, utilizing your expertise in marketing strategies to achieve measurable outcomes.
Applications will not be considered without a portfolio of your work. Candidates must be able to document proven success of growth/engagement for B2B brands. This contract position is ideal for someone as a part-time side gig or for those building a book of clientele.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
- Work directly with SEO team and measure results.
- Conduct Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase visibility and drive traffic.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools to inform marketing decisions.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms that aligns with brand messaging and goals.
- Design eye-catching graphics using Adobe Creative Suite for various marketing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce compelling copywriting for ads, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Skills
- Strong understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) principles and practices.
- Excellent digital marketing knowledge with the ability to develop effective campaigns and stay up on current trends.
- Experience with analytics tools to track performance metrics and derive insights.
- Expertise in social media marketing strategies across various platforms for B2B advertising.
- Graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Strong copywriting abilities to create persuasive content that drives action.
- Ability to edit videos and provide high-end content for social media and website platforms is a huge plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $75.00 per hour
