Position: Contract Paid Media Specialist
Type: Part-Time (about 10 hours per week)
Pay Rate: $40-70/hour (dependent on experience)
Location: Remote
SulkaSearch, a fast-growing paid media partner for e-commerce brands, is looking for a contract worker to assist with managing campaigns across multiple platforms, with a primary focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads. You’ll also gain exposure to Amazon Ads and TikTok Ads where necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, optimize, and report on Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Follow established SOPs and written processes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Optimize campaign budgets to prioritize profitable campaigns
- Write compelling and brand-consistent ad copy tailored to client target audiences.
- Monitor paid media metrics to ensure campaigns are performing efficiently.
- Collaborate on strategies to improve ROI and achieve client goals.
- Track optimizations and changes in an internal changelog and help share weekly insights with clients
- Assist with tasks on Amazon Ads and TikTok Ads as needed (budget changes, creating new campaigns, etc.)
Requirements:
- Experience in Paid Media: Track record in media buying and managing e-commerce campaigns.
- Understanding of Paid Media Metrics: Familiarity with KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, ACOS, CTR, CPC, and CPM.
- Ad Copywriting Skills: Ability to craft sales-focused and brand-consistent ad copy
- E-commerce Experience: Experience working with e-commerce clients or managing e-commerce campaigns is a must. The ideal candidate has to have e-commerce experience to be considered.
- Process-Oriented: Ability to follow SOPs, Loom videos, and written guidelines meticulously.
- Responsiveness: Timely communication internally via email and Slack as well as externally with clients.
- Analytical Skills: Comfortable analyzing campaign data and identifying trends.
- Knowledge of Clients & their Audiences: The ability to learn and research our clients to learn how to best serve them and their target audience.
- Time Commitment: Availability to work 10 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust based on workload.
- Paid Media Platforms: Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Amazon Ads
- Tool Proficiency: Understanding of how to use Asana for task management and Slack for communication.
