Videographer/Photographer/Editor with a minimum of five years experience wanted for Hermosa Beach Advertising Agency with over 35 years in Advertising and Branding and Interactive.
Paolucci Salling & Martin is a full-service marketing communications firm. We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer/Photographer/Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media and possess strong technical skills in video/photo production and editing. This role involves capturing high-quality video and still content, editing footage and stills, and creating engaging motion graphics that align with our brand's vision. Drone experience and Certification will be required. Travel (with gear) within California and nearby states is also required.
We are a Hybrid-Office and utilize a Cloud-Server. Work will be completed at-home or in-office using a provided work-station. Internet service at home must include at least 1GB Upload and Download speed. Many service providers do not provide fast Upload speeds so service in your area will need to be confirmed.
Work will include photography and videography assignments of Locations, Lifestyle and Campaign Work. One assignment may include covering the best points of interest in a particular city, another assignment may be shooting models on location or covering an event. Video Interviews and Testimonials are also common. We also produce Interactive Walkthroughs using a Matterport 3D scanner.
Additional assignments include Editing and Processing captured material to create Still Images, Long Form Videos and Social Media cut-down Videos. Keeping the final deliverable within Brand utilizing existing design language from our in-house Creative Team.
We are story tellers and are looking for an Artist with Technical Abilities. This Artist will be working with direction from our Creative Team and Director of Photography to capture material and create images and edit videos that help tell our stories.
The person will be part of our Photo/Video Team and will work on collaborative assignments but should also be able to plan, prepare, shoot, process and edit their own assignments. Knowledge of Camera, Grip, Lighting and Sound equipment is required.
Must be Mac proficient. Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom and InDesign experience is required.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
