Overview:
IDC is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to own content initiatives that amplify our brand narrative, drive engagement, and fuel demand across diverse audiences.
As a key member of our marketing team, you’ll be responsible for creating and curating compelling content that aligns with the buyer's journey, showcases customer wins, and strengthens our brand presence. You’ll thrive in a highly cross-functional role with your ability to transform inputs such as audience insights, product messaging, business goals, and performance data into impactful, actionable content. With your keen sense for melding stories with business value, you’ll use your exceptional writing skills, modern AI-based techniques, and outside resources to produce creative and authentic assets at scale.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain compelling messaging frameworks that provide strategic direction for content creation across all stages of the customer journey.

Deliver content that supports brand awareness and demand generation, ensuring alignment with the buying journey and market trends.

Create high-quality, diverse content types, such as blogs, whitepapers, podcasts, case studies, videos, social, and digital materials that drive full-funnel engagement and target our ICPs.

Support IDC’s content calendar and editorial review process to align key company initiatives and ensure consistency of voice and messaging.

Utilize AI-based tools and methodologies to scale and accelerate content creation processes, ensuring credibility and brand authenticity.

Collaborate with performance and product marketing teams, sales, and IDC's research community to ensure strategic alignment and cohesive messaging.

Manage project deliverables with external agencies and freelancers.
Consistently monitor KPIs to assess content effectiveness and optimize engagement.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in content marketing, with a track record of driving successful strategies for B2B audiences.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience in technology, market research, or data industries is ideal.

Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of brand voice.

Demonstrated experience leveraging AI to craft, scale, and optimize content planning and creation processes.

Proven ability to manage projects and positively influence cross-functional teams, ensuring quality work gets done in a timely manner.
