Position Overview:
The Influencer Marketing Lead is a member of the Brand Marketing team and reports directly to the Sr. Director of Social and Influencer Media. The primary duty of this position is to assist the Marketing team in efforts related to national influencer marketing, influencer campaign ideation, influencer integration into major campaigns and supporting the social team with influencer focused communication to amplify content.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Director of Social and Influencer Media to develop strategies that drive quality web & store traffic, new customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Identify trends and creative engagement opportunities within the influencer marketing space
- Work with cross functional partners to align on influencer product strategy and ideas on ways to utilize influencer content across Kendra Scott channels
- Partner with Regional Marketing teams to identify opportunities and talents for localized marketing efforts
- Own contract negations, legal approvals and timely payment schedules of all talent
- Strong financial acumen and manages monthly and quarterly budgets to ensure ROI tracking is in place for efforts.
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in the Public Relations, Marketing, or Communications field
- 5+ years’ experience in a related field
- A proven ability to execute with consistent delivery
