The Role ✨
We’re hiring a Campaign Assistant to support on a fast-moving, creator-led campaign for one of our global beauty clients.
You’ll work closely with a Campaign Manager and play a key role in keeping things running smoothly—coordinating creator comms, tracking deliverables, supporting logistics, and maintaining clean docs and timelines.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing who’s looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
🧾 Creator Comms & Admin
- Help with creator outreach and onboarding
- Schedule content deadlines and keep creators on track
- Maintain accurate records of briefs, contracts, and deliverables
📦 Logistics & Asset Management
- Coordinate gifting and product shipments
- Track usage rights and ensure correct deliverables are submitted
- Keep folders clean and content organised
📊 Timeline & Campaign Tracking
- Update trackers, timelines, and status docs in real time
- Flag blockers early and help keep delivery on schedule
- Support the Campaign Manager in day-to-day execution
What You Bring
💄 Early Beauty or Influencer Experience
- 1+ year working in influencer marketing or campaign support
- Passion for beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and content creators
- Familiarity with creator platforms, gifting, or social-first campaigns
✅ Detail-Oriented & Reliable
- You love a clean spreadsheet and a clear to-do list
- You’re organised, responsive, and proactive—especially in remote setups
- You can juggle multiple moving parts without dropping the ball
📣 Strong Communicator
- Friendly, clear, and professional in all comms
- Comfortable writing emails, updating trackers, and chasing creators nicely
- A team player who brings positive energy
