We are looking for CONTENT SPECIALIST
¿What is your challenge?
- The attraction and conversion of customers, through communication and content production.
- Create and own communication strategy
- Create and implement a communication strategy for the company, to retain our customers in all their journeys.
- Is responsible for scheduling, creating, posting and analyzing content across all company social media channels and websites
- Engages with audiences across multiple platforms in a timely manner
- Focused on created compelling posts and uploading video, audio and blog content using best practices and taking into consideration SEO and optimization
- Write persuasive copy that informs, entertains, inspires, and attracts new users
- Able to think big and apply that to the wide range of opportunities – from individual publishing ideas to campaign ideas to full on, long-standing platforms
- Collaborate with others teams to construct our brand personality
Responsabilities
- Create all digital and offline content for Mexico and the United States, leading external design and social media teams.
- Works with Sales and Marketing areas to understand new SEO strategies to be implemented in published content
- Supervise all content creation activities for online and offline campaigns.
- You will be in charge of generating a communication strategy that covers each segment of our patient's journey.
- Actively collaborate with team members and stakeholders outside of your area.
- Discover people-centered insights and develop innovative strategies with engaging content and communication solutions.
- Write creative texts for our blog, web pages and brand campaigns.
- Grow our blog reader base, convert visitors into leads, and expand our blog's overall reach.
- Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering the best possible customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Journalism, Marketing, Communications or a related field/experience is preferred
- 5+ years copywriting specialist experience, particularly in the digital space.
- Plus if you have experience copywriting (agency or in-house brand experience preferred)
- Excellent storytelling, verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent command of editing and proofreading skills in English and Spanish
- Excellent copywriting and copyediting skills.
- Ability to adapt tone for a variety of projects/platforms and write exceptionally clean copy quickly, from headlines and ads to blogs and scripts.
- Creative minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content and bring to life the marketing team’s initiatives.
- Ability to strategize at a high level, but a have passion for rolling up your sleeves and wearing many hats
- Take initiative in handling projects and anticipating needs
- Positive, committed, 'can-do' attitude and flexible approach

Pay: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
