Jr. Copywriter
*Fully remote part time (5-10 hours/week)
As a Junior Copywriter, you will join the creative force behind our on-brand messaging, ensuring it remains innovative, fresh, and impactful. As an Experiential and Design team member, you will understand our corporate and product brands and their fit within current trends and cultural movements and bring them to life in consumer and professional marketing communications.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the Experiential and Design, Content, Digital, Social, and Product Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Develop on-brand messaging for digital, website, social media, and industry platforms.
- Manage messaging frameworks for licensed technology products.
- Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all communications.
- Write, copyedit, and proofread content to maintain voice and tone, adherence to the Marketing Style Guide, and readability.
Experience: - 3+ years of experience in copywriting, with a demonstrated ability to craft compelling, on-brand messaging across various platforms and mediums.
- A passion for storytelling with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, accurate, and persuasive manner.
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
- Proven experience in copywriting across various mediums, including websites, print, online advertising, marketing emails, brochures, outdoor advertising, event materials, retail materials, and brand guidelines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing across diverse subject matters, styles, audiences, and mindsets.
- Please provide examples of snappy advertising copy and long-form editorial writing in your portfolio.
- Creative thinking that works across concept, design, and writing to drive compelling communication.
- Self-motivation, excellent communication, an open mind, and the ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams.
Compensation: $35.00 - $47.83 per hour
