The opportunity
As the CSR Operations (Senior) Manager, you will drive systems, processes and operations for the Adobe Corporate Social Responsibility Team and the Adobe Foundation. Working in close partnership with CSR leaders, you will develop and own processes to support grant administration, team business motions (including budget, quarterly executive reviews and CSR team resources) and select project management as assigned. You will work with internal Adobe teams across grantmaking, finance, legal and procurement, and will also work with external grantees and vendors as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Grants Administration: Develop, document and drive the grantmaking administrative process across Adobe and Adobe Foundation grantmaking.
- Develop and document streamlined, consistent processes for grantmaking, from proposal review through reporting.
- Working with program officers, engage with legal, compliance and procurement partners to refine proposals where required and to finalize grant agreements.
- Lead grants and vendor payment process, working within Adobe and Adobe Foundation systems to ensure timely payment to grantees and partners.
- Manage Adobe Foundation finances with support of vendor partners.
- Tracking and Reporting: Support internal data tracking and milestone reporting by working with program leads to compile metrics and qualitative information into centralized repositories.
- CSR Team Operations: Working with CSR leaders, ensure smooth business operations for key CSR needs.
- Lead and manage CSR tech stack and hygiene, including managing team shared folders. Source, recommend and own integrating new tech where appropriate (ie Grants Management Systems, ticket support, etc).
- Working with CSR leaders and finance colleagues, support budget development and tracking.
- Develop rhythm of the business and workback process to support key business motions such as our Quarterly Business Reviews and Adobe Foundation Board Meetings
- Manage team calendar of milestones across programs and grants
- Own team meeting agendas and plan team offsites
- Project Management as Assigned: Drive key projects forward by project managing priority internal and external social impact programs.
What You Need to Succeed
- 5-8+ years of experience in corporate social impact; additional experience with nonprofits preferred
- Knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility best practices and industry trends
- Experience in making complex processes inclusive and nonprofit-friendly
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, deadlines, and policy compliance
- Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently and with team members
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social impact tech landscape
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to present to both internal and external audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $76,800 -- $150,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
