Gallium Solutions is seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to develop compelling and persuasive proposals for government grants and contracts on behalf of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing abilities, a strong understanding of technical concepts, and familiarity with government contracting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Participate in project kick-off meetings alongside clients and Gallium Solutions Client Leads to define strategy and key proposal elements.
- Craft coherent and persuasive arguments for proposals, adhering to solicitation requirements and Gallium Solutions’ templates and style guide.
- Collaborate with the proposal team to ensure the timely and accurate submission of proposals.
- Organize and manage client folders and project templates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Location: anywhere in the US, this is a remote position
- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to adapt to various proposal requirements.
- Self-motivated with the capability to manage workloads and schedules with minimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in remote work technologies, including video conferencing platforms.
- Reliable access to a computer, webcam, high-speed internet connection, and a dedicated workspace.
- Quick to grasp new concepts and technologies of a highly technical nature and communicate them for a diverse, varying audience.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with government agencies and government contracting.
- Background in proposal writing or grant writing.

- This position is 100% remote.

- The role is a 1099 part-time role, with the potential for increased hours and transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.
