About Us:
My Flooring Guy is a premier flooring contractor serving homeowners in Los Angeles and Orange County. We specialize in hardwood, vinyl, SPC, laminate flooring, and refinishing services. We’re seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead our local SEO campaigns and boost our online visibility.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a local SEO strategy to increase leads, enhance visibility, and improve rankings.
Perform keyword research and optimize website content for local search queries.
Maintain and update the company’s WordPress website, ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
Conduct technical SEO tasks, including site speed improvements and fixing broken links.
Create engaging, SEO-optimized content, including blogs and landing pages.
Monitor, analyze, and report weekly on campaign performance using relevant KPIs (traffic, leads, keyword rankings).
Utilize SEO tools to track and improve site performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing local SEO campaigns for small businesses.
Expertise in WordPress website maintenance and SEO optimization.
Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Strong content creation skills with a focus on engaging and SEO-friendly copy.
Knowledge of technical SEO and web performance optimization.
Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Experience:

Local SEO: 5 years (Preferred)
WordPress: 5 years (Preferred)

Work Location: Remote
