One of the core services we provide is video marketing. Our video services department is new and thriving within the Rainmaker Institute. As we continuously grow our portfolio and strive to provide world-class service to our clients, we need a Retargeting Ad Specialist who can excel in video retargeting on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
About The Video Retargeting Ad Specialist Position:
We are seeking an individual passionate about social media ads, looking to join a dynamic team where creativity and skills can shine! As a video retargeting specialist, you will play a vital role in taking our video team's product and showcasing it behind paid ads to the next level. The Rainmaker Institute’s video team offers white glove services for attorneys, and you would be part of the team that is here to ensure law firm growth through our marketing services.
Your role will be more than just being an ads specialist! We need a self-starter with strong attention to detail who will exceed expectations by creating ad funnels and can work remotely with clients and the team to guide them through the process and end results of the retargeting ads product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Retargeting Ads: Develop, manage, and optimize video retargeting ads on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to drive conversions, increase brand awareness, and enhance engagement. This includes Media Buyer experience.
- Lead Generation Ads: Create and execute high-converting lead generation campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Ad Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design effective ad strategies based on campaign goals, leveraging Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Suite to analyze key metrics, optimize performance, and maximize ROI.
- Copywriting: Write persuasive ad copy and landing page content that resonates with target audiences and drives action and conversions.
- Content Creation & Publication: Collaborate with design and creative teams to publish ads, ensuring campaigns align with branding guidelines and best practices.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze ad performance, generate insights, and recommend campaign optimization changes.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, messaging, and targeting to refine campaigns and ensure optimal performance.
- Customer Service & Communication: Maintain excellent customer service by providing clear, professional, and responsive communication with clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback.
- Client Reporting: Regularly report on campaign performance and results to clients, offering actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with your manager to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables, and actively contribute to team discussions for continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience managing and optimizing video retargeting ads on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Meta Suite, and YouTube Ads, with the ability to optimize ad campaigns across platforms.
- Expertise in lead generation ads, including audience targeting, conversion tracking, and follow-up strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to craft compelling ad copy and optimize for conversions.
- Solid experience with video campaigns, including production, targeting, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with retargeting strategies, helping re-engage visitors who have interacted with previous ads or website content.
- Strong understanding of analytics and tracking tools, and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, including providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Experience working with local businesses or in legal sectors is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with automation tools for lead nurturing and follow-up.
- Graphic design skills or familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe) to collaborate on visual content.
- Familiarity with email marketing or funnel strategies to complement lead-generation campaigns.
