We are expanding our remote team and looking for creative, motivated video editors who want to earn extra income on a flexible schedule while working with a variety of digital creators from around the world.

Role Summary
As a Short-Form Video Editor with Anashi, you will be responsible for transforming long-form video content into short, engaging, and visually compelling vertical videos optimized for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
This is a performance-based opportunity, meaning you will be compensated based on the success of your content (measured in views). The more engaging your content is, the more you earn.
Responsibilities:
- Edit 30–60 second vertical videos using raw footage provided by creators (podcasts, interviews, livestreams, etc.)
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, emojis, trending music, and visual effects to enhance engagement
- Craft strong hooks and pacing strategies to retain viewer attention
- Stay up-to-date with current platform trends and optimize content accordingly
- Deliver high-quality videos in a timely manner with minimal revisions
What We're Looking For:
- Experience creating short-form content for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts
- Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
- A strong understanding of social media trends, audio syncing, and storytelling
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative approach to editing
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable communication and timely response to feedback
Compensation Structure:
- This is a performance-based role. Editors are paid based on how many views their videos generate.
- There is no fixed salary — your income is directly proportional to the performance of your edits.
- This model is designed to reward creativity, engagement, and consistency.
- In some higher-tier campaigns, editors may be asked to participate with face-cam content. Participation is optional and based entirely on your comfort level.
