Are you a full-stack content creator who can write, optimize, publish, and promote across multiple channels? Can you edit videos, run ads, and track performance metrics—and actually enjoy doing it all?
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Content Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll work directly with our Marketing Director to create and execute high-impact campaigns across web, social, email, and video—targeted at busy business owners and investors.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Content Creation & Strategy
- Write content for blogs, websites, social, emails, and listings with a business-focused tone
- Create and manage a monthly content calendar
- Optimize all content using SEO best practices and keyword research
- Write email sequences for lead nurturing, new leads, and long-term outreach
Social Media & Ad Management
- Develop 12–16 original social posts/month
- Engage with key accounts and respond to messages/comments
- Build and test ad variants (copy + creative) for Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
- Track and report campaign performance metrics
Video & Visual Content
- Create or edit short videos and video ads
- Design supporting graphics for social, email, and ads
- Maintain branding and consistency across all assets
Website & SEO Maintenance
- Optimize on-page content and metadata (titles, tags, alt text, internal linking)
- A/B test landing pages and track performance
- Assist with uploading content to WordPress
What You Bring:
- 2-4 years of experience in a content-heavy marketing role
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with a concise, business-savvy tone
- A portfolio of writing, social posts, and/or video content
- Experience running or supporting paid campaigns across digital platforms
- A self-starter mindset with high attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
Bonus Points For:
- Experience marketing to business owners, executives, or investors
- Familiarity with HubSpot lead management and workflows
- Confidence analyzing and reporting key performance data
