Our mission is to restore lives by addressing the root cause of pain and dysfunction — not masking symptoms. We’re looking for a Content Strategist & Creator who can help us scale our message across digital platforms and drive real patient bookings.
This role requires someone who can think like a strategist, write like a copywriter, and execute like a creator. If you understand how content ties into funnels, lead gen, and retention — and you can write, strategize, and edit — this role was built for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategy & Planning
- Design weekly content calendars tied to booking, lead generation, or patient retention goals
- Align content with existing funnels
- Coordinate posting schedule across IG, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
Content Creation
- Script and produce short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Stories)
- Edit using CapCut, Descript, or similar tools (punchy captions, B-roll, transitions)
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and CTAs that drive action
- Repurpose testimonials, x-rays, and care plans into scroll-stopping content
Optimization & Iteration
- Monitor performance (engagement, bookings, quiz traffic)
- Suggest new hook angles or CTAs based on data
- Collaborate with our team as needed for scaling
Who You Are
- You’ve created short-form video content that drove real conversions
- You think strategically and care about outcomes, not just aesthetics
- You write clean, persuasive copy that makes people feel seen and take action
- You understand funnels and can support quiz flows, follow-ups, or lead magnets
- You take initiative, solve problems, and move fast without sacrificing quality
Bonus Skills (Helpful but Not Required)
- Writing email nurture or follow-up sequences
- Testing ad hooks and content for Meta or YouTube (not managing spend)
- Giving input on landing page copy and thank-you flows
- Familiarity with healthcare, chiropractic, or wellness content
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
