What You’ll Do
As a Content Creator at Jack, you’ll be responsible for crafting engaging, trend-driven video content for TikTok and Instagram. You’ll work closely with our creative and growth teams to brainstorm ideas, shoot and edit content, and track performance metrics.

Responsibilities
- Create short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Keep a pulse on current trends, audios, and formats across platforms
- Pitch new content ideas weekly and take initiative to test what works
- Track and report on key metrics (views, likes, comments, shares)
- Engage with our audience by replying to comments and DMs
- Collaborate with the team to align content with Jack’s brand and voice
You’re a Fit If You
- Live and breathe TikTok and Instagram
- Are comfortable on camera and have a natural sense of timing and storytelling
- Know how to spot trends early — and know how to put your own spin on them
- Can film and edit fast, using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or even just native apps
- Are proactive, organized, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience growing a personal or brand account
- Are familiar with job search, hiring, or career-related content
- Have a portfolio or examples of past video content
