Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative, passionate, and results-driven Social Media Manager to play a key role in enhancing the company's brand presence through innovative and impactful marketing campaigns
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, social listening, and the ability to create compelling content across various platforms.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis through effective social listening.
- Create visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, to enhance posts and campaigns.
- Conduct research to identify target audiences and tailor content accordingly.
- Manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Capture high-quality photographs for use in social media posts, showcasing products or events effectively.
- Responsible for analyzing campaign performance data, and incorporating insights into future strategies.
- Design and execute email/text marketing campaigns and taking charge of in house photography/ videography to create compelling content.
- Knowledge of videography & editing
- Collect content from clients to create Eblasts.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on social media management.
- Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, for content creation.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices to optimize social media content for search engines.
- Strong research skills to analyze audience behavior and market trends.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written communications.
- Experience in advertising on various social media platforms is highly desirable.
- A background in photography is a plus, enabling the creation of engaging visual content.
- NJ/NY based candidate who is comfortable working in office.
- 3+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years on digital design and photography.
- Knack for spotting the latest trends.
- Proven experience with managing brands on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest & LinkedIn.
- High Energy and upbeat personality who is personable
