Compensation: Starting at $80,000 for US based employees, $60,000 for International
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager, to help us handle all external marketing for our agency to help us acquire new clients. This means you will create ads, emails, content and more to educate our market, generate booked calls, and inspire them to join us as clients. We want to become the #1 source of automotive marketing knowledge, and you would get to be in charge of making this happen.
Our current primary source of new clients is Facebook advertising. So we already have a proven process, however it will be your responsibility to scale this process, add more lead generation channels, and help us build out our organic content ecosystem. Long term this position has the potential to go as high as CMO.
This is B2B advertising which is much different than B2C, so B2B Facebook advertising experience is expected.
Our mission is to be the #1 advertising agency for car dealerships - indisputably. What this means is we want to build the very best advertising team in the entire industry and be commonly known as and looked up to as the best.
We currently have 90 car dealerships under us and growing. Our vision is to reach 100 dealerships within the next few months, and maintain a VIP group with those 100 clients. We will use the extensive data captured across those 100 clients to optimize the perfect digital marketing system for dealerships. Once ready, we will open up waitlists to bring on more clients past 100 to ensure our service stays top quality.

Responsibilities:
- Completely handle all Agency B2B Marketing to help us obtain new clients
- Manage our Facebook advertising campaigns spending $12,000-$20,000/month
- Create ads, creatives, ad copy, video scripts, offers and landing pages to convert car dealership decision makers into qualified leads
- Manage our Google advertising campaigns spending $1,000-$4,000/month with the help of our Google Ads expert
- Manage & improve our website performance via our Website and SEO provider
- Write short & long form organic content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, our Blog
- Provide video scripts for Brand Manager to record content/ads
- Work with video editors, thumbnail creators, and assistants to schedule & post content
- Write text messages, email automations, and email newsletters
- Manage CRM automations & lead connections
- Maintain a high standard of brand appearance & consistency company wide
- Continually innovate new offers, methods & ideas to reduce our average client cost per acquisition
- Facilitate & run weekly Marketing Meetings
- Possibly test Tiktok, YouTube, LinkedIn and/or X (Twitter) advertising campaigns
- Handle any other Marketing initiatives that come up in the future, such as events, podcasts, etc
What Success in This Role Looks Like:
- Generating a minimum of 100 qualified Facebook leads per month (currently generating ~90) at under $120 CPQL. Work to increase to 150+ leads/mo by launching new offers / lead magnets.
- A qualified lead is a car dealership owner, GM, or marketing manager of a dealership that sells more than 25 cars per month
- Over the next 12 months, create an organic marketing ecosystem that will allow us to generate 30 leads/month from organic content. (1 lead/day)
- Maintain an average CPA of around $2,000
- Our goal is to work our way up to 200 leads per month with all lead generation sources combined (currently at ~100 without a full time position) Lead sources could be Facebook Ads, Google Ads, website, seo, organic content, emails, Tiktok Ads, social media, etc. Whatever we deem will be most effective.
