SEO Content Writer

PRIMARY

Create quality, SEO-optimized content (specifically blog articles and business website copy) that aligns with the client’s goals, strategies, as well as internal and external content guidelines
- Minimum: 8 1k-word articles per month
- Maximum: 15 1k-word articles per month
Conduct extensive research to gain in-depth knowledge of the industry, target audience, and relevant topics.
Collaborate with the Content and SEO teams to develop content that aligns with the client’s objectives and brand voice.

SECONDARY

Assist in meta copy creation, content brief creation, and content strategy when the maximum number of articles per month is not reached.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as an SEO Content Writer or similar role, with a focus on business blogs and websites
Exceptional research skills with the ability to gather information from various sources and distill it into clear, concise, and engaging content
Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword usage, Google Helpful Content Updates, and content optimization best practices
Excellent command of the English language with impeccable grammar and spelling
A Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality content that meets both user and search engine requirements
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency with basic Google applications (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc)
Highly organized, possesses exceptional attention to detail, and demonstrates strong time management abilities
Self-motivated and can work independently
Experience working in a global environment is preferred

A laptop or computer
A stable internet connection (at least 5 Mbps)
